I have Fibromyalgia. I use my Alpha-Stim 100 almost daily to relieve muscle pain and reduce stress. I've even used it to help me fall asleep, and found that my sleep was more refreshing than usual (a real treat for a Fibromyalgic!).

My job is very stressful, and I've used the Alpha-Stim with the ear clips at work. No one even noticed, and I felt better. The unit is small and lightweight enough to wear on the belt clip or in a bag or pocket. Now that I've discovered this device, I don't ever want to be without it.
