I am writing this letter to let you and your company know how pleased I am with my Alpha-Stim 100. I purchased my Alpha-Stim 100 totally on the recommendation of a fellow member of our company, the Broadway show, ‘Phantom of the Opera’ in San Francisco. I had never had any sort of demonstration at all and knew nothing about your company. This is not how I normally make a significant purchase, but I trusted the recommendation I had received and have always had an interest in the alpha- wave function of the brain.

To be honest with you, my biggest concern was would your company stand behind its product and what would be the quality of its company service? Little did I know that I would need to rely on your customer support so soon. As you know, I had only used my unit a few weeks, when one of the channels malfunctioned due to a faulty connector. I have nothing but good things to say about how you and your company responded. Your kind and professional service was nothing short of phenomenal. You promptly sent me a brand new unit and the newly designed ear-clips; and followed up with a telephone call to make sure I had received my new unit.
