Frustrated? It is likely that you will notice improvements while using the Alpha-Stim. Nothing else has worked for me before. I have tried relaxation techniques, but my anxiety was so intense it did little. I have been on many medications, including popular ones such as Prozac, Paxil, Effexor, and Luvox. With any of the given medications, I either noticed zero improvements or became worse. I went to a therapist and that was just a waste of money. I say that if the Alpha-Stim can help me, it can help you. Its good to be skeptical, but always remember that if all else fails, you still have another shot with the Alpha-Stim. Good luck!
