I'm using the Alpha-Stim 100 combined with a subliminal/musical tape for 20 minutes while I do my workout
on a stepper, after this I do 20 minutes of meditation with the Alpha-Stim combined with a light and sound machine and the same subliminal/musical tape. The few days that I've done this
combination, I felt very relaxed and aware of my surroundings.
